Dr. Leanne Williams is the Vincent V.C. Woo Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford and Director of the Stanford Center for Precision Mental Health and Wellness. Using neuroimaging and clinical measures, she has identified neuroscience-based biotypes of depression and anxiety.
She has developed the first-of-its-kind testing platform to measure these biotypes in practice. The biotypes help personalize treatment selection, among medications, behavioral interventions, neuromodulation, novel and exploratory therapeutics. She wrote the first book on Precision Psychiatry, published by APA, and contributed over 370 scientific papers to the field.

Dr. Emily C. Dossett is a reproductive psychiatrist and the founder and director of the Reproductive Mental Health Program at the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center. Dr. Dossett is Associate Clinical Professor in the Departments of Psychiatry and of Obstetrics-Gynecology at USC’s Keck School of Medicine, where she teaches medical students, residents, and fellows about reproductive mental health.
She has served Los Angeles County as the first Associate Medical Director of Women’s Health and Reproductive Psychiatry for the Department of Mental Health, as well as the psychiatric lead for the MAMAs Neighborhood Program. Dr. Dossett has extensive clinical and policy expertise in integrating perinatal mental health care into prenatal and pediatric settings.

Dr. Scott Leibowitz is a child & adolescent psychiatrist, Medical Director of Behavioral Health Services for the THRIVE Gender Development Program at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH, and Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his fellowship training at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where he first began working with transgender youth at the hospital’s multidisciplinary Gender Management Service in 2008. He is the co-lead for the Adolescent chapter for the World Professional Association of Transgender Health’s (WPATH) Standard of Care 8th version and was elected to WPATH’s Board of Directors in 2022. He is the curriculum co-chair for the WPATH Global Education Institute, where he has led trainings both nationally and internationally including in Israel, Japan, and Vietnam.
He led the Sexual Orientation Gender Identity Issues Committee for the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as co-chairperson from 2013-2021 and was lead author for its conversion therapy policy statement. He also served as an expert witness in 2016 for the United States Department of Justice in its legal action against North Carolina for its anti-transgender HB2 bill, among other federal cases that ruled in favor of transgender youths’ rights.
