 Mountain Health CO-OP is member-governed, giving our members a voice in their insurance.

• Most of the seats on our board of directors are filled by members who are as invested in their insurance as the CO-OP is.

CO-OP members have access to 24/7 telehealth services, including mental health and medical professionals.

• This benefit connects members with care from their regular providers.
• It also connects them with medical and mental health providers via video chat.

The CO-OP has a list of hundreds of medications available at $0 out-of-pocket cost for members.

• The list includes a number of prescriptions for depression, osteoporosis, heart conditions, asthma, and many insulins.
• Our members can also have their prescriptions delivered to their door.

It’s always easy to find a providers of all kinds through the CO-OP’s networks.  Our Provider Finder tool is available 24/7 and members can log into the member portal to find local providers.

The CO-OP makes it easy to find a plan for Individuals, Groups, or Medicare Supplements. 

• In many cases, individuals may qualify for a tax credit to lower their monthly premium – and we’re happy to help them make the most of it.

Our members are more than numbers.  The Member Services team is here to help make their insurance to use.  The team is available via phone, email, or messaging through the member portal no matter when they are needed.
